We are now looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team in Milton Keynes, here you will be joining a team that manage residential properties in Milton Keynes, all located in a 500m radius.
Here you will be based out of a commercial Energy centre which supplies electricity and power to surrounding local buildings, commercial business owners and FM service providers.
Our client can offer the industry's best benefits, progression, further training, salary packages and more. With this role you will be looking after all aspects of maintenance across electrical works including Electrical plant works, heat recovery, fault finding, PPM lists and hot water systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
• Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service
• Maintenance on boilers and heating units
• Plumbing works
• Commercial and Domestic HIUs
• Maintenance, Servicing and repair of HIU units
Qualifications and Experience
• Mechanical Engineering Level 2/3 or Plumbing Level 2/3
• Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment and be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
• Client facing experience (desirable)
