Summary

About the Role
Within this role, you will support the Branch Manager in the day to day running of our North Shields branch, encouraging and coaching colleagues and acting as a Deputy when required.

This opportunity will also involve managing the Branch to achieve business results by establishing and building long term relationships with our customers whilst providing a friendly and professional service.

You will take personal ownership in applying the Branch 'understanding needs process', suggesting options that customers may consider as well as qualifying leads for the relevant advice specialists.

The hours for this role are 35 per week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, plus Saturdays on a rota basis (paid as over time). Typically you will work up to 2 Saturdays per month.

You will need to have the passion and skills to motivate others whilst coaching and developing team members, working effectively as a team.
