- Full-time - 37.5 hours per week (with 15 hours off-rota)

- £33,295.91 per annum including a 7.5% off-rota allowance (£2322.97)

- Must have a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

- Covering locations in Waterbeach, Sawston and Littleport.

About the Role:

This role offers you the chance to:

- Support the Locality Manager in guiding, motivating, and empowering your team to deliver high-quality homes aligned with our values.

- Manage service budgets effectively.

- Lead recruitment efforts and oversee person-centred rota management.

- Set a positive example and inspire your team through your leadership.

- Managing complex support settings to provide the best possible support.

- Support of managing 20+ staff members, along with agency and relief workers.

- Oversee over 900 delivery hours to ensure the people we support receive the support they need.

About You:

- You have a proven track record of successfully managing teams in complex support settings.

- Experience in supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including autism and complex learning disabilities.

- Your empathy and leadership skills enable you to support both staff and people we support effectively.

- You must have a valid driver's license, as driving is essential for this role.

- You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable working across multiple locations.

- Your dedication to providing person-centred care is evident in everything you do.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

- A willingness to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Management for Care Services.
