Summary
Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator working in the transport office for one of our most prestigious client's based in Swindon.
The rate of pay is £13 per hour
Option to work full time Monday - Friday OR Part time Weekends
Your Time at Work
- Assisting in the compilation of weekly transport data.
- Assisting in the management and recording of driver hours.
- Ensure all tachographs are downloaded in full at the beginning and end of each driver's shift in accordance with legal compliance.
- Handle day to day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments.
- Liaison with vehicle maintenance contractors.
- Liaising with ASM to keep them up to date with any day to day problems.
- Tachograph card control, DQC card and Licence checked in line with legal compliance.
- To assist department in taking all drivers phone queries, and logging all calls
- Assist AOM/ASM in compliance duties including defect recording, trailer and unit servicing
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the management team.
