Summary

Are you a multi-skilled maintenance technician with building services/hotel experience. This could be the opportunity for you! I am working with a leading construction company who are looking to hire a mobile maintenance technician to join their facilities maintenance team on a London based contract. To be considered for this role you MUST have a full UK drivers licence.

Duties

  • Emergency Light Testing
  • Fire Alarm Testing
  • Tap Temperatures
  • Basic Plumbing - drainage, flushing, changing taps
  • Basic Mechanical Maintenance - changing/cleaning filters, belts, mechanical seals
  • Maintaining Expansion Vessels
  • Maintaining Extractor Fans
  • Basic Electrical Maintenance - replacing lights, emergency lighting, fire alarms/doors, power distribution, rewiring, sockets
  • General Fabric Maintenance - painting, decorating, carpentry, changing handles, kitchen appliances
  • PAT Testing

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in building services maintenance/hotel maintenance
  • C&G/NVQ Level 2/3 in electrical installation
  • 18th edition (desirable)
