We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Manager to join our Inclusive Practice team!

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, forward thinking individual as our Curriculum Manager for Inclusive Practice at Buckinghamshire College Group. The role is based at our Wycombe campus. We are offering a competitive salary for this role. This is a Curriculum Manager role in the FE Sector, we are requiring someone with SEND and Annual Review experience (also ESOL experience is beneficial).

The overall requirement of the Curriculum Manager is to organise, support and maintain the needs of our students on the Wycombe campus, including the delivery of high quality and innovative teaching and learning, specifically for students with high needs, special educational needs and those with English as a second language.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high performance standards
  • Support students in developing high quality skills in order that they can progress successfully to employment, further training and/or education
  • Ensure priorities for our Foundation Learning students with Special Educational Needs are met
  • Embed an aspirational culture with students and staff across the curriculum area.
