As the Special Requirements Manager, you will lead our commitment to inclusive education. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll oversee critical processes, generate valuable insights, and provide expert guidance to ensure that students with disabilities or disadvantages receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead access arrangements, reasonable adjustments, and special consideration processes
- Extract actionable insights from special requirements procedures, collaborating with OCR leaders to enhance our offerings and customer support
- Provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on special needs processes
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and other awarding organisations to help shape JCQ requirements related to special requirements.

You are an experienced education professional with an understanding of qualifications and the challenges faced by students with special educational needs. Alongside your knowledge of education, you possess strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to analyse and adapt to complex situations. You are also experienced in dealing with sensitive and difficult topics empathetically.
