Responsibilities:

--Providing one-to-one or small group support to students in various subjects or areas of need

--Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities

--Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs

--Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

--Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress

Requirements:

--Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

--Genuine passion for working with children and young people

--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

--Ability to pass reference checks, enhanced DBS, and safeguarding training
