Here at LTF Recruitment, we are offering this opportunity as an EYFS Teaching Assistant to someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on younger children's minds. We are looking for someone who will provide high-quality teaching and support to the students. This is a full-time role and will be made permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide 1:1 support so that pupil's needs are met, and a suitable learning environment is created for them.
- Assist with classroom management to maintain a productive environment.
- Work with teachers and staff to assess the progress of the pupils.
- Provide support to any pupils who may have additional needs.
Requirements:
- Flexibility and patience to meet diverse needs of pupils.
- Experience working with children in a Nursey setting.
- Must have Level 3 EYFS Qualification
- Valid DBS or willing to apply for a new one.
