We are partnering with a friendly and dedicated Early Years team at an outstanding primary school. The team is seeking a committed and creative SEN Learning Support Assistant to join them. The school prides itself on delivering a fun and balanced curriculum that builds children's skills and confidence, preparing them for the transition into Year 1.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a child with profound and multiple learning disabilities within the Reception classroom, working closely with the rest of the Early Years team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with complex learning needs
- Be flexible and patient with an empathetic approach
- Manage time effectively and multitask
- Collaborate well as part of a team
- Be familiar with the Early Years framework
