Summary

Criminal Justice Independent Prescriber

This post is required to work across our hubs in Kirkgate, Seacroft Irford, Armley therefore a full UK driving licence is required.

The team are required to be available to cover evening clinic some days between 11am-7pm.

About the role...
We are currently looking for a Criminal Justice Independent prescriber to work in collaboration with the wider criminal justice team. The team provides support for individuals who are experiencing problematic substance and/or alcohol use and whose lives have been touched by the criminal justice system, either by way of custodial sentence, mandated orders or conditional cautions.

As an Independent Prescriber in our established and growing service, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one support and group programs, assisting with mental and physical health, and offering community alcohol and opiate detox services. Working within Forward Leeds you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

You will have the support of our Senior Clinical Director, Lead Nurse, Regional Lead Nurse and Humankind's central Clinical Department, ensuring you have the resources and guidance you need to excel in your role.
