Summary
As an apprentice you will work alongside our qualified staff to provide high quality childcare and education for children aged between 3 months and 4 years, including a wide range of activities and opportunities.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- To provide high quality childcare and education for children aged between 3 months
and 4 years, including a wide range of activities and opportunities
- Ensuring a safe, fully inclusive environment to meet individual needs in accordance
with the EYFS
- Assist in providing a warm, caring environment for children and their families
- Assist in maintaining high standard or cleanliness and hygiene within the nursery
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard for the Early Years Educator
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
- End Point Assessment: Observation with Questioning & Professional Discussion

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Possible permanent employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.
