Summary

he Southfield Trust would like to appoint a Site Manager to join our committed Trust team.
This is an opportunity for a practical and well-motivated individual to carry out a role which will include a wide range of responsibilities and duties connected with health and safety, grounds and facilities maintenance and security ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff and visitors.
You will work alongside a supportive staff team who have a wealth of expertise and are committed to the continuing professional development of all staff - offering a strong programme of in school training.

This is a fixed term position until 31st December 2024 with the possibility of an extension

In September 2022 The Southfield Trust opened Summerdown School, a new, purpose built Special Free School. This school has increased the excellent range of provision across the Southfield Trust. The Summerdown School increased provision has created exciting opportunities across our special school multi-academy trust, of three other Special Schools, The Lindfield School, South Downs School and Hazel Court School. The Trust has these four schools, located across six, distinct school sites. All of our schools are based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
