Summary
We are seeking a dedicated General All-Round Multi-Trade Worker to join our team and provide top-quality service across various properties in Orpington, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, carpentry, painting, basic plumbing and general handyman duties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage your time efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in various trades are a plus.
