Job Objectives and Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team within a prestigious corporate environment to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external customers visiting the facility and ensuring that all activities delivered are of the highest standard.
-As a Workplace Concierge you will integrate with the Workplace Team to provide a cohesive service to our client, this will include building relationships with the key stakeholders, anticipating their needs, creating a positive work environment for our colleagues and client alike.
-Responsible for understanding, following and driving company standards.
-Responsible for challenging when service excellence delivery falls below SLA/SOP/KPI
-Ensure service delivery meets the needs of the customer and exceeds them wherever possible.
Person SpecificationMust Have • Computer literacy, competent with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to support printing and audio-visual solutions.• Proven experience within a strong customer service environment• High quality interpersonal skills, with excellent written and spoken communication skills both to individuals and groups.• Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative with the ability to make decisions without referral to line manager.• Reasonable overtime as required• Flexible and adaptable approach to work with good problem-solving skills• Ability to deal positively with conflict situations.• Attention to detail, a focus on standards, methodical and organised.• Always remain calm, patient, and polite when receiving customer feedback• Be helpful and go out of your way to help guests, employees, and the public.
Desirable
-Valid formal Health & Safety qualification e.g., IOSH (1 or 5 day) is desirable.
