A day in the life of…
As Guest Services Manager, you will lead the Guest Services operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams.
Based in the Ibis Budget Manchester Airport, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
As part of the Manchester International Airport complex and situated within close proximity to all three terminals, this hotel boasts 260 bedrooms.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years experience in either Reception Management or/and F&B Management. To highlight, you will be responsible for:
- Check guests in and out
- Responsible for manning the front desk
- Check food & drink stock levels
- Take food orders & service drinks at the bar & assist with food preparation.
This a unique opportunity to work across both Front office & Food & Beverage, therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible to work across both area's.
