Remarkable Jobs are excited to assist a client of ours, with the recruitment of a Project Manager.
We are seeking a dedicated Civils Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, construction, and delivery of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Civils Project Manager, Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage Site Engineers, Gangers, General Operatives, Plant Operatives, and Sub Contractors.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Civils Project Manager Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering
• Full UK Driving License
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficiency in relevant project management software
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications
