Summary
We are looking for an Auto Electrician.
You will be required to work on a variety of vehicles covering installation and repair of electronic aftermarket equipment.
Your role will include removing vehicle interior and exterior panels, fit the afterrmarket equipment and reassemble with confidence. You will be required to run cable looms to designated areas within the vehicle for the electrician to commission the installation.
Aftermarket equipment will include lightbars / beacons / steps / AC units / LED lights.
You will be required to work from our workshop in Bridgend and customers sites on occasion (a vehicle would be provided for this)
An enhanced security check will need to be successful for this post
The ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability from previous jobs or projects, be reliable and punctual.
A candidate with a keen interest with vehicles, a good understanding and a general hands on approach to working with vehicles is desireable; although an element of training will be provided.
• The Job will be made permanent after a probationary period
• Salary will be competetive and negotiated dependant upon experience
• Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5PM
• flexibility to work weekends will be required
