About this vacancy
The Cardiovascular CAG is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Barts Heart Centre’s Cardiology Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for inpatient validation and work closely with the clinical teams in the area and beyond.
The post holder will be required to assist in the running of the admission service and the improvement of services to meet the demand of the service.
They are required to make improvements to the service with the guidance of the Deputy Delivery Manager, and the clinical teams to improve efficiency and the demand of the service.
To ensure that service requirements are meet and national targets are adhered to.

Our brand new state of the art cardiovascular centre – Barts Heart Centre at St Bartholomew’s Hospital will open in early 2015. The new service will allow us to bring together our existing unique experience and research activity. We will be able to increase our understanding of and ability to address the root causes of cardiovascular diseases by growing the number of patients who get the chance to take part in clinical trials and research.
