Summary

If you are an experienced teacher looking for rewarding work in an SEN school -Prospero teaching are recruiting for class teachers to work with an organisation which provides both residential and educational support to young people with complex learning and medical needs. This role is full time, and work will cover personal support for children and young adults, creating an environment where the students to achieve their full potential, and have fun.



CONTRACT /POSITION DETAILS:

Location - Gorton
Position SEND Teacher
Start date - Sept 2024
Duration / Likely Duration - Long term, Ongoing
Full time/part-time - Full Time
The minimum rate of pay - GBP165+
Hours - 08:30 - 15:30
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience of working with students with SEND, PMLD Autism or ADHD - Preferred
Experience working within a school or similar setting
QTS, PGCE or equivalent qualification
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional references
