Summary
The normal duties will consist of: Typing referral letters via Choose & Book and liaising with patients Typing other referral letter and dealing with administrative queries General use of clinical system - SystmOne Dealing with daily tasks in SystmOne All other administrative duties To deal with patients on the telephone in a timely, polite and helpful manner The working pattern is as follows: Mon - Fri 10.00am - 2.00pm
