Summary
We are recruiting for an experienced General Maintenance/Handyman person to join our existing team on a full time, permanent basis.
Please note that your own Car and own tools are essential for this role.
We are looking for a competent all-rounder with a range of skills. There are houses which require work on a day to day basis, so you must be self-sufficient and able to complete work quickly and to a high standard. We are looking for candidates that are confident and competent Handymen, and who have experience maintaining fire doors and equipment.
The skills we require include but are not limited to:
• Carpentry
• Fire door maintenance
• Electrics
• Plumbing
• Replacing Radiators
• Replacing Windows
• Plaster Boarding
• Skimming
• Gardening
• All General Building knowledge required as every day is a new challenge
This role is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours are 9.00 am - 5:30 pm,
5 days a week to start.
