Summary

Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for the UK staycation market and the residential park home industry? We're seeking a dedicated Social Media Administrator within our family business, to join our small team in Bracknell, where you'll immerse yourself in promoting our holiday lodge sales & rentals and residential park homes to a wide audience.

Requirements:
• A genuine interest in both the UK staycation market and the residential park home industry.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands, with a track record of driving engagement and growth.
• Comprehensive IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to use creative platforms such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Administration of our inhouse website platforms
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel and represent the company at exhibitions, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design software.
• A proactive attitude, creative mindset, and willingness to take initiative to achieve results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• You will preferably have a strong knowledge and understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience in Social Media and/or Digital Marketing
• A valid clean UK driving licence is required as we hire a van to transport exhibition equipment to and from the office.
• IT literacy and creative understanding of social media platforms is essential. Correct grammar and writing skills are also essential to ensure success in the role.

Education:

• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel and Publisher
• Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Power Point and Illustrator
• Proficient in the use of Canva and Hootsuite

Work Experience:

• Background in social media and digital marketing – at least 1 year
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team
