The ideal applicants will be able to inspire and motivate every student as well as collaborate well with all staff members. The school is looking for a passionate Early Years Teacher who can work three days a week, Monday through Wednesday. Lesson planning and setup for the students will be the responsibility of the successful Early Years Teacher. Overseeing pupils who exhibit disruptive behaviour will be another responsibility.
The successful Early Years Teacher will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Early years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and responsibilities.
• Being able to organise students in a classroom setting.
