Summary

The role seeks a proactive and dedicated Site Manager to oversee site operations, ensuring the delivery of projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves comprehensive management of all site activities, maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

The Site Manager will be instrumental in managing and leading site activities to ensure timely and successful project completion. This involves direct oversight of safety protocols, quality control, and compliance, alongside proactive management of project timelines and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site operations, ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
Oversee quality control across all trades, ensuring high standards are met and maintained.
Coordinate materials and logistics, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Drive project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual obligations.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of project progress, maintaining clear communication with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and enforce site procedures and safety protocols, continually seeking improvements.

Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience in site management within the construction industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of directing and motivating a diverse team.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
