Summary
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage financial, contractual, and operational aspects across multiple departments, including Projects, Electrical, and Small Works. This role demands the oversight of diverse construction projects, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and compliance with company standards and construction regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial and contractual arrangements across multiple projects.
Engage in cost forecasting, control, and reporting.
Negotiate and manage sub-contractor agreements.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success.
Experience & Skills Required:
Proven experience in managing diverse construction projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of industry legislation, standards, and procedures.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, with significant professional experience.
