Summary

Job title - Night Unit Manager

Purosearch have teamed up with an award winning care provider on the search for an experienced Night Unit Manager in Middlesex.

Your role as Night Unit Manager is essential in providing leadership and motivation for the team, You will be in charge of the night activity of your unit and be a supportive mentor to our team of Carers. Your management experience will be focussed on delivering the best care as well as assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents.

Requirements:

Genuine interest in, and experience of working with, the relevant Client group
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player
Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes
Satisfactory DBS check
Minimum N/SVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent
Previous supervisory experience
Experience/Qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines
