Veterinary Surgeon - West Midlands

We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice, compromising of 5 vets, supported by a large nursing team. In this role, you'll encounter a diverse range of both medical and surgical cases, benefiting from the backing of a highly experienced team.
The practice prioritises exceptional care for patients, clients, and each other. In this role, you'll deliver top-notch clinical care during consultations and procedures, provide clear updates to clients, ensure compliance with high standards, create tailored treatment plans with cost estimates, mentor and develop your team, facilitate smooth patient handovers, and actively promote best practices within the community.
Role:
- Salary up to £55,000 DOE
- Flexible rota options
- No OOHs
Benefits:
- 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising to 38 with length of service
- An additional paid day's leave for you to use as you wish
- CPD allowance of £1,500 and 3 days CPD leave
- Certificate support
- BVA, VDS and RCVS fees paid
