You will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier care and support to their valued clients. They operate on a variable schedule encompassing consultation shifts, surgical shifts, and a mix of both. Your responsibilities will range from providing first opinion veterinary care and managing emergencies to conducting medical work-ups, performing surgeries, and administering diagnostic tests. With access to a comprehensive range of in-house equipment and external specialist support, you will have the resources needed to deliver optimal care.
The practice is based in a very popular and affluent area of London with rich history and culture. Situated along the Thames River, the area boasts stunning riverside views and scenic walks. Its combination of history, culture, natural beauty, amenities, and excellent transport links that make it a truly great place to live, work, and play.
The candidate:
• RCVS registered, ideally 3-7 years' experience
• Experience with soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics not necessary but welcomed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to have fun at work as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to support colleagues
• Attention to detail and ability to see where things are sub optimal and can be improved
• Confidence with emergency treatment is preferred
• A desire to provide the best possible care to your patients and clients
The rota:
• 4-day week
• Only 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 3pm with TOIL
• No OOH
The benefits:
• Salary £45,000-£75,000 dependent on experience
•£2000 and 5 days CPD budget and encouragement to pursue post-graduate certificates
• 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays
