Summary

looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant.
If you have more than 3 YEARS experience :
In customer service and admin.
Always putting the customer first.
Office experience in a fast environment,

Duties:
- Fast and friendly customer service. The customer must come first.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with the preparation of reports, and other documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Must have Skills:
MINIMUM 3 YEARS OFFICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- Computer Literate
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong attention to detail and very quick accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient in using standard office equipment such as computers and printers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a busy and detail-oriented individual.
You have to have excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills with quick and experienced computer skills.
