Summary
This position will suit someone looking to grow a career in a successful organisation. The successful apprentice will build a platform for a career in Human Resources and would be supported to continue their professional studies further. However, they may choose to develop their highly transferable knowledge, skills, and behaviours to another career path within the business, and there would be opportunity to explore different options.
Your tasks will include:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
Book meeting rooms and schedule interviews
Prepare offer packs for new starters
Scan and save paperwork to files
Maintain and update records on databases and files and inform relevant departments of updates
Successful completion of apprenticeship assessments
List of duties:
Prepare new starter offer packs
Scan and save paperwork to files
Maintain and update records on databases and files, accurately updating TMS with employees details
Post adverts on job boards and coordinate posting / removing job adverts from the company website
Prepare applications for the HR Advisor to review, printing applications where necessary
Assist with maintaining the Recruitment Tracker, ensuring data is up to date
Assist with preparing content for the employee communication screen

To undertake such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job
Training
You will be given close support as well as structured training and guidance on all tasks. The length of the apprenticeship is up to 18 months and you will attend college 1 day per week.
Qualifications required
5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, which must include Maths and English
Skills required
Good IT skills to include Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel / Word / PowerPoint
Highly organised and efficient
A good communicator, both in writing and verbally
Experience of working in a team
Able to meet deadlines
