Phoenix Care Staff are searching for Support Workers who have a person-centred approach for immediate starts to work in Nursing and Residential Homes in your local area!
We are looking for staff who are compassionate about care and have experience in the care sector.
We have competitive hourly rates, commencing at £10.42 per hour.
The role of a successful Support Worker include:
• Building positive relationships with the residents
• Person centred approach
• General housekeeping
• Assisting clients with daily personal care
• Provide care and assistance to the highest level
