The Role
Make sure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard. The safety of our care home residents and colleagues is really important
Perform regular checks, carry out repairs and, when needed, contact engineers or service agents.
Be confident doing fire, basic electrical and appliance checks
Keep the grounds tidy and carry out general redecoration work
Build good relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors
