About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team, who will take charge of delivering critical IT projects that transform patient outcomes and integrate services. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. Projects can include everything from deploying new mobile health technologies to integrating complex IT systems at NHS or health board levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of sophisticated IT systems across varied health care settings.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for customers, managing all aspects of project communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to budget and scope, adeptly managing changes and risks.
  • Drive team collaboration to meet project deadlines and achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Champion continuous learning and innovation within project teams, contributing to System C’s ethos of agility and intelligence.

Ideal Candidate

You have a robust background in project management, ideally with experience in healthcare systems. You are adept at navigating fast-paced and challenging environments, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach. Your skills in leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement enable you to deliver exceptional outcomes and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • PRINCE2 or PMI certification is highly desirable.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, ideally with experience in the NHS.
  • Proficient in project management software tools, such as MS Project.
