Summary
Fantastic opportunity with flexible hours and the opportunity to join a passionate and established team in providing personalised care plans to over 60 residents. Each resident has a packed and exciting schedule of various activities so a night they need the best of help making sure they get settled in and rest well for the day ahead.
As a healthcare Assistant, you will be aiding residents in their evening activities, helping them to live as independently as possible. No two days are likely to be the same, and so previous experience in care is essential, as safeguarding the welfare of the residents is top priority. Other responsibilities could include domestic duties, nutritional tracking and hygiene care as well as updating reports.
To apply for this role, you must;
• Have 3 months experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving & Handling and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training.
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check. Should your DBS have expired we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
• Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
This role offers ongoing hours on a week by week basis
A variety of shifts available, most commonly 21:00 to 09:00 however start time and finish time might vary by an hour or two. Hours can also be changed to suit you. We have work available between Monday and Sunday.
