Summary

Location: London - Multi site across Central, South and East London.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the facilities Team, supporting them in service delivery across the London Fire Contract.

Your day to day will include:

  • Planned maintenance (EML testing, Tap temperature testing, expansion vessel PPM, extract fan PPM and general PPM duties)
  • Reactive tasks and repairs across the sites
  • Sub Contractor liaison as and when required

What are we looking for?

This role of Maintenance Engineer is great for you if:

  • You have experience in a mobile maintenance role
  • Competence in planned and reactive maintenance (EML testing, Tap temperature testing, expansion vessel PPM, extract fan PPM and general PPM duties)
  • L8 Legionella awareness qualified
  • Have a full, clean driving licence and can work across a mobile contract as company van will be provided
