Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
- Leading and coordinating the Night shift in a busy Savers Distribution Centre alongside the Shift Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring team members are coached and developed to hit their performance targets.
- Providing first line support for your team.
- Managing KPIS and review report data.
- Providing support to the shift manager with new initiatives and overall shift management duties.
- Managing the day to day Health & Safety obligations in a busy warehouse.
- Ensuring the CSL's are managed to ensure that the stores get their goods on time.
