Salary: £47,600 - £71,600 or €64,000 - €96,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing

What is the Role?

We are looking for a CRM Planning Manager to oversee the planning and execution of customer campaigns across ROI, NI and Great Britain. You'll manage a team of planners and email specialists who use Oracle Eloqua and Hubspot as the primary tools for planning and monitoring customer campaigns. In this role you will:

- manage and motivate a team of CRM planners, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities

- plan and oversee the delivery of customer campaigns across multiple channels, markets, and segments, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and customer journey

- monitor and operationally manage CRM KPIs such as churn, renewals, campaign engagement metrics and overall conversions

- ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity

- manage Retention Operations with responsibility for renewal activity across BTL channels such as call centre and email

- help create high-quality, dynamic and interactive email templates that follow the best standards for email construction

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- proven experience in CRM, preferably in the energy or utilities sector

- demonstrable experience in managing a CRM team or similar operational function

- proficiency in Oracle and HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms

- strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making and performance improvement

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with various stakeholders

This role will require regular travel to other SSE sites in the UK and Ireland.
