Summary

Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) is seeking to appoint an experienced and talented Systems Analyst to join its innovative, fast-paced, small, and dynamic Business Systems and Data team (BSDU).
You will administer, develop, maintain, and support the College’s Student Information System (UNIT-e) which underpins the pivotal administrative tasks that support academic activities and legislative reporting throughout the student journey.
Assisting the Head of BSDU to ensure that student systems remain compliant, can facilitate, and support critical operations and cyclical data management processes. Proactively contributing to the ongoing effectiveness of UNIT-e, co-ordinating the implementation of new modules, maximise system utilisation to automate standard processes and deliver creative solutions to change requests.
As someone who enjoys problem solving, project work, enhancing systems, and optimising solutions, you will also be highly analytical, organised, and ready to work in a thriving and energised environment, you’ll also be a strong communicator who is confident working with and influencing a variety of stakeholders.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
Proven experience configuring and administrating a large Management Information System (MIS) or as a superuser of a student information system
Proficiency in developing and implementing systems and processes that meet the diverse needs of multiple stakeholders.
They are accurate, solution-focussed, and dynamic with the ability to build highly effective working relationships so to provide the best possible support for our customers
Experience in productively co-ordinating and contributing to project work.
They can positively respond to new situations and demonstrate a resilient and flexible mindset.
They meet all the essential criteria in the person specification
