A waitress provides excellent customer service in a restaurant, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role involves taking drinks orders, clear plates and handling beverages, accommodating guest needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and seat them appropriately.
- introduce daily specials or promotions.
- Answer questions about Food, ingredients, and serving system.
- Make recommendations based on guests’ preferences and dietary restrictions.
-Take accurate drink orders from guests.
- Relay orders to the bar promptly.
- Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner.
-Serve drinks to guests with appropriate etiquette.
- Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
- Address any issues or complaints and report to the duty manager and solve promptly and courteously.
Clear and clean tables between meal and after guests leave.
- Set up tables for the next guests, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
