Summary

Office Administrator/Account Handler | Stratford-upon-Avon | Hybrid Working | Full and Part time hours available; Monday – Friday only | Between £11.80 - £13.10 per hour

Our client is one of the UK’s leading Field Services companies specialising in providing collections options alongside external field agency solutions primarily to the utilities sector.

Due to continued growth and exciting new client contracts an opportunity has arisen for several enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their rapidly expanding head office team based in Stratford upon Avon.

The successful candidates will be part of teams responsible for a wide range of office administrative duties specifically relating to field activity.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both orally and written
• Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines
• Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook are essential)
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude – and a desire to self-develop
• Work as a team player who can organise individual workloads to maximise your effectiveness
• Previous experience in an office administrative/account handler position would be an advantage but not essential

What will your role as an Office Administrator look like?

• Plan, review and organise work within deadlines
• Communicate by telephone and email with a wide range of people from customers to clients
• Result and process daily return files
• Manage and update performance systems
• Quality manage, review and provide feedback on completed work
• Support the implementation of company projects such as new clients
• Liaise with clients and other 3rd parties to provide updates and objectives
• Provide support and guidance to the Agents in achieving targets
• Ensure all correspondence is actioned, forwarded on and responded to promptly
