Your new opportunity

Quarriers are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join and manage our Homelife Ayr Adult Supported Living Services. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy and rewarding environment where people are supported to live happy fuller lives.

As Project Manager you will be the registered manager for over 25 adult supported living services which are located across South Ayrshire and responsible for ensuring contractual compliance with the Local Authority as well the terms of our Care Inspectorate Registration. You will work with the wider management team and maintain the overall high standard of care which is delivered to each person supported.

Quarriers Homelife Ayr service support’s people with a range of different needs. The team provide 24-hour care and encourage the people we support to make choices, take part in activities they enjoy and learn new skills that support them to get the most out of life.

Working pattern: This is a full time, permanent contract working 37 hours per week 5 days over 7. In addition, there will be on-call duties on a rotational basis.

What you will need to bring to the role

SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management)
Experience in managing a team of social care professionals.
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to develop and build long-lasting relationships.
Drive and determination to deliver and support a service who supports adult independence living.
