Hours: 37 hours per week x 52 weeks per year

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Academy of Professional Industries as a lecturer in IT and Digital Skills. Working as an integral part of the IT teaching team, this is a fantastic time to join an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ college.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of new T Levels qualifications in IT and Digital Skills.
• Align the curriculum with employer needs and industry standards.
• Deliver engaging IT and Digital courses to adult learners.
• Foster an inclusive and accessible learning environment.
• Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.

Skills & Knowledge

Levelling up premium payment for FE teachers

Did you know that Computing is included in the governments levelling up premium initiative? Eligible teachers could be entitled to a payment of up to £6,000. You must be in the first 5 years of your FE teaching career to claim. This means it must be 5 years or less since you started your first role with teaching responsibilities at an FE provider.
