Your new company
Hays are working with a local primary school in the Preston area to help recruit for a permanent Year 3 Teaching position they have available from September 2024. The school is ideally looking for individuals with experience in KS2 and who have a passion for working with children. This school has a fantastic supportive network of staff and is in a great location within Preston. They are an OFSTED rated 'Good' School and have a great reputation in the area.
Your new role
This job role will see you take on full teaching responsibilities for this Year 3 class, so you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to meet the needs and the interests of your pupils. You should have experience working within KS2 and hold strong behaviour management skills to keep pupils on track. There are mild SEN needs within the class, and you will have a teaching assistant to support you.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children. Subject leadership is desired, but not essential for this role. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT's and NQT's are also welcome to apply.
