45 hours per week, 10am - 7pm, school would consider 7.30am to 4.30pm

Actual Salary £29,260 per annum
Location: Ashford, Surrey
Our client has a vacancy for a School Caretaker to work at their school. This is a permanent post working 45 hours per week Monday – Friday with a choice of days or lates for 52 weeks per annum. Working alongside the Estates manager this is a key role in providing a high standard of customer service to the School
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements
• Be honest, reliable, hardworking and flexible
• Be able to work using your own initiative
• Have good DIY and premises skills is beneficial
• Be committed to achieving high standards in your work
• Be willing to attend courses to develop your expertise
• Be able to deal with staff, pupils and the public in an efficient and friendly manner
• Full driving licence, preferably with D1 (School would pay for this) as there would be some minibus driving required
Candidates must be DBS cleared or eligible.
