Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and experienced practitioner to join our preschool as Deputy Manager.
You will be an individual that inspires leads, motivates and takes pride in their role on a day-to-day basis. You must be committed, organised and flexible, and have excellent customer facing skills and leadership skills. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of preschool education for our children and mentoring staff.
Requirements of the role
Relevant Childcare qualification at level 3 or above.
Passionate about providing the best standard of care and education.
Experience of supporting and supervising staff.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and implementing it into practice.
Good knowledge of child development.
Knowledge of OFSTED standards.
Have the ability to lead, develop positive relationships with colleagues, parents, children and outside agencies.
Hours of work during term time
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3pm.
Option to have a 52 week contract incorporating hours during school holidays in our holiday club for primary school age children.
