Summary
Ownership of purchase ledger but not limited to:
Matching and coding of supplier invoices (matching with delivery notes)
Inputting of supplier invoices in a timely manner and in-line with month end ledger close.
Supplier statement Reconciliation.
Set up new supplier accounts in sage.
General office duties not limited to filing, answering the phone, taking messages.
Liaise with external suppliers to resolve accounting queries.
Credit Card Statements
Maintaining company vehicle records.
Other Ad-hoc office requirements though-out the company departments.
Must have Sage 50 experience & Excel. (Basic level is a must)
Accept both part-time or full time applications.
