Summary
My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their team on a part time, temp to perm basis.
Duties include:
- Dealing with customers on a daily basis
- Taking orders via email and on the phone
- Speaking to customers and typing notes at the same time
- Handling all queries and offering solutions
- Keeping live records for all customers
- Adding new customers onto the internal database
- Being able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Being able to handle calls efficiently during peak times
Rate: £11.44, increasing to £12ph after 12 weeks
Hours: 6pm-midnight, 3 nights per week
Role: Immediate start, temp to perm for the right candidate
