Summary
Norwood Interiors, Est 2000, is a family run business providing bespoke Blinds, Curtains, Awnings and Plantation Shutters to customers throughout East Yorkshire.
We offer a friendly and professional service to our clients and due to continued growth and an increase in workload we are now actively recruiting for a Fitter to join our team installing in customer homes and commercial properties as required.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a professional and trustworthy character who has good customer skills and be able work efficiently and accurately on his own, or in a small team. Successful candidate must be friendly and approachable and have a proactive approach your work
As you will be working in people's homes, you will need to be a tidy worker, well presented with a high level of pride in your work.
Driving licence is essential, and experience in using tools and drills is necessary as this is a key part of the role. Experience preferred, however transferable skills will be considered and full training provided if required. Full product training and use of a work van, with all tools and equipment etc provided.
Applicants will need to be prepared to undertake a DBS check due to working in customers’ homes.
