This part-time temporary role starts ASAP and offers a competitive salary of £90 - £115 per day.

Role Overview:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning within the school.

Here's what you can expect:
- Working with students aged 4-11, covering a range of subjects and supporting various learning needs.
- Utilising your expertise to teach Secondary school pupils and effectively manage challenging behaviours.
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities for whole class and group learning.
- Providing support to Special Educational Needs pupils and managing teaching assistants within the classroom.
- Building strong relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and carers to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
- Collecting evidence of pupils' work to support assessments and providing feedback on their progress.
- Potentially taking on leadership responsibilities in a subject area.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working in a SEND or care setting and possess excellent behavior management skills.
- Are highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for inspiring and supporting children from diverse backgrounds.
- Understand the expectations outlined in the Teachers Standards.
